Private Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

My sessions are to aimed to create a space for individuals to connect with themselves and empower them with an array of tools to aid with healing, tranquility within, and body awareness for balance in all areas of life.

Individual therapeutic yoga sessions are tailored to your personal needs. The first initial intake session is 90 mins and subsequent sessions are 60 minutes. Ideally, my clients book for a minimum of 6 consecutive sessions and can commit to incorporating their tailored homework into their lives on a daily basis between sessions. Meaningful shifts and transformations can arise, but it takes commitment and time.

I will of course work with individuals on a one-off session basis, but it is worth considering a personal investment to real growth and transformation - which doesn’t occur overnight from one session.

Small Group Therapeutic Yoga Workshop Series - 6 Week Duration

If you have an interest or request for a customized series such as pregnancy yoga, a meditation group, or a restorative practice for example, I can create a series for you. Minimum group participation is 3 people, maximum is 6 people.

Throughout the year, I offer therapeutic yoga workshops for a small group of people in person and online. The sessions run the same time each week for 6 weeks and focus on specific themes.

Cultivating sleep hygiene and practices to support those with insomnia and difficulty sleeping.

Chakra Exploration

A dive through the Chakras that provides an understanding of balances and imbalances, physical ailments, meditations and asana to restore balance.

Chair Yoga

A series perfect for those with limited mobility, limited energy, or those suffering from osteoporosis or recovering from injury. Chair yoga is great for all levels as it can be amended for those needing more support or those wanting to isolate and focus on specific areas with correct alignment.
