You are love. You are home.
My story began by throwing caution to the wind, ignoring all advice, and following my own heart’s desire to transform and expand.
Sharing love and kindness with others brings me great happiness. My mission is to create a safe environment where people can simply be themselves. I honor the courage and beauty in vulnerability and enjoy allowing others to feel more open and free.
Expect to check your ego and judgments at the door and leave with an open heart and open mind.
Previous Classes:
The Chopra Addiction and Wellness Centre
I have been teaching regular trauma informed group yoga and meditation classes at the centre in order to create a safe space and body-mind awareness for guests.
Outside of the centre, I teach private one-on-one yoga sessions in person from my home or online. My Vinyasa classes can vary in intensity and include a variety of sequencing postures. I offer poetry, guided meditation, posture modifications, music, and love throughout my regular classes and workshops. I also teach Hatha, Restorative, and Yin. I’ll take you on a journey that’ll create more space and strength within.
My vision is to help others find freedom through breath and movement. I do this by creating a space for individuals to connect with themselves and empower them with an array of tools to aid with healing, tranquility within, and body awareness for balance in all areas of life.
I do so by also offering private one-on-one therapeutic yoga sessions to bring physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing into balance. This differs greatly from a private one-on-one yoga lesson.
