The Reset Program

  • Explore bringing balance into your life by working with the 5 elements (earth, wind, fire, water, and space) to address each of the 5 koshas (the layers that together create your energetic body) throughout each day.

  • Connect with yourself on a deeper level as we explore ways of cultivating a connection with nature in a new way as part of your regular wellbeing.

Duration: 8 Weeks

Cost: Single payment of $600 CAD + 5% GST for 1 90 min initial session, and 7 subsequent 75 min sessions

  • For clients taught online or in person in Europe the cost of this program will be 420 euros + VAT

We’ll meet once a week for 8 sessions upon your availability. The first visit will be 90 minutes to complete an intake and determine which assessments are best suited to your needs. From there, we’ll co-create a program plan for the remainder 7 sessions. Each subsequent session is 75 minutes and will be tailored based on anything new that arises between sessions, progress or difficulties with the daily self-directed home care assigned for between sessions, or any physical or life changes that are having to be addressed in session.

 

What to Anticipate

 

Varied asana: based on physical ability, emotional state, history, and energetics at play within sessions.

Depending on what comes up from the initial session and intake, some asana may be offered to work on balancing your energy or to improve posture and functional patterning of movement. Depending on what the assessment tells us, I may offer a variety of dynamic asana (either un-sequenced or a flow) to address muscle-group imbalances by strengthen some target areas and lengthening others. At times I may offer restful restorative shapes to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and allow your nervous system to rest and reset. Other times I may offer active yin shapes to address anything that may be occurring with your fascia or joints. Other sessions it may be more appropriate to focus on pranayama or meditation and incorporate the elements into the session in other ways. We’ll determine this together in our initial session and by checking in at the beginning of each subsequent session.

Varied pranayama and meditation: based on energetic assessments within sessions.

When we meet for our initial visit, we’ll be discussing your current work-life-relational balance, your current and previous physical routine, current and previous health concerns and treatments. Based on what comes up from an energetic assessment, different pranayama (breathwork) or meditations may be offered both in session and as part of your home care in between sessions.

 

Varied ways of incorporating the elements and the koshas into your life.

Our initial visit will give me a better understanding of which elemental traits are most prominent for your and will help us both to understand which elements may be in excess and which may be deficient. We’ll address any imbalances by working with traits of the elements in question and bringing them into sessions in homecare by working with the koshas through a varied combination of asana, pranayama, meditation, self-study ( soul questions, journaling, visualizations), mudras, and by discussing lifestyle and how the elements can be incorporated ( bringing in sacred rituals or ceremonies, selfless service, selfcare, getting outside and connecting with nature, bliss and joyful practices). The options are endless, we’ll determine where and how to start together and create a realistic plan based on your schedule and personal commitment.
